Last updated: June 9, 2025
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited conduct on Onasis AI. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and reporting to authorities where required by law.
Zero tolerance
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — including deepfakes of real individuals without documented consent.
- Terrorism, credible threats, and incitement to violence.
Impersonation and likeness
You may not create content depicting real people — including public figures — without the rights and permissions required in your jurisdiction. Synthetic likenesses of private individuals without consent are prohibited. Fictional characters you own or have licensed are permitted.
Adult content
NSFW generation is permitted only for users who have completed 18+ attestation and only for lawful adult content. You remain responsible for labeling, distribution, and platform compliance. We do not host or distribute content on third-party platforms on your behalf.
Prohibited uses
- Spam, fraud, phishing, or malware distribution
- Circumventing rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
- Scraping or reverse-engineering the Service beyond permitted API use

Enforcement
We use automated and manual review, user reports, and hash-matching where appropriate. We may remove content, freeze credits, suspend workspaces, or terminate accounts without prior notice for serious violations. Appeals may be submitted to [email protected] with your account email and job reference.
