Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Onasis AI, including app.onasis.ai, our APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Onasis. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. Adult-content features require additional self-attestation and compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk.

Your content and likeness rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Onasis a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, releases, and permissions for every likeness, voice, trademark, and work you submit — including for AI-generated derivatives produced through the studio.

You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party platform terms (Instagram, TikTok, creator platforms, etc.). Onasis does not post on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation as described on our Pricing page. Credits are consumed per generation according to published rates. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Crypto invoices and other payment methods are subject to their respective provider terms.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits have been consumed or the billing period has begun. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Intellectual property

Onasis AI, its logos, studio interfaces, presets, and underlying software are owned by Onasis and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary systems except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET PLATFORM MODERATION STANDARDS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONASIS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ONASIS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may close your account at any time in app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (content warranties, liability limits, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
